Weaving: natural materials
Fruits of an untrained, possibly compulsive habit. Routine trimming in the garden can spiral into hours of stripping leafs, pulling fronds, soaking, and weaving. Props to the Australian National University groundskeepers, who (to date) have raised no objections to my conspicuous filling of a car boot with naturally falling eucalypt bark, and expropriating piles of willow rods resulting from their annual tree trimming.
